What you been up to?

Breathing: The Master Key to Self Healing (The Self Healing Series) For the past couple of weeks ,I 've been taking my own advice. Sit back and relax more. I 've been staying off the computer for a while and been taking nature walks. Let go to the working office world for a while, no reading or writing just sit still and absorb the warm weather and then enjoy the serene rain. You know the funny thing about relaxing when you are addult? Sitting still. Whenever I called myself relaxing ,I working. Reading, drawing even cooking. Well it's been a pleasure  The computers was adding strain. Headaches,tired eyes and just over concentrate can bring one immune system down.
At first I thoughtit would be barely tolerable not to use my computer and changing routine, but it was not. I really need to goes without it for a while. Listen to the radio,enjoying the oldies  and curret tunes. Random pick a movie to watch. Leave the car in the garage and walk . I enjoyed that. I saw birds and other wildlife creatures that I passed everyday without notice. My legs sure got stronger, I tell ya. Exercise and knowledge without going to the gym. Also I made list of new recipes that I wil post on http://www.bluedolly25.com/ soon!
It's so good to take a break once nd a while. This comforting break help me deal with my annoying co-workers and no nosence supervisors better. And I notice some nice co-workers and became aquainted with them,I use to overlook them. Hey I guess the old sayin was right 'Life. You get what you put in it'.
